ClosedPlease ensure a sanitizing solution such as 100ppm chlorine is available during food preparation and service.
1. Ensure a probe thermometer is available for checking cooking temperature. , , 2. All coolers must be equipped with working thermometers to ensure food remains 4 degrees Celsius or lower during transport and display.
Soap and paper towel must be available on cart for handwashing.
Obtain test strips for sanitizer.
