** - PHI observed that ham, eggs, and cut vegetables were stored at room temperature and not 4 degrees Celsius or less as required.
** - several pork or beef roasts were stored at room temperature, one of them insulated against proper cooling techniques with bags of bread piled on top. ** - containers of cut vegetables were observed stored at room temperature above the fill line in the small counter cooler on the southside of the kitchen. PHI has informed the chef on past inspection that NO cut vegetables or high risk food may be stored above the fill line of the counter cooler as it is essentially stored at room temperature.
** - dirty handsink was blocked and inaccessible for frequent and proper use with food storage.
** - PHI observed that ham, eggs, and cut vegetables were stored at room temperature and not 4 degrees Celsius or less as required.

** - do not thaw meats, cooked foods, cooked vegetables at room temperature
** - cleaning required under all equipment on the floors in hard-to-reach areas.
