Identify and repair water leaks, b. The kitchen area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with an approved sanitizer. , c. All food items that are potentially contaminated are identified and discarded. , d. A general cleaning and sanitation of the entire food facility is made., 3. That until such time as the work referred to above is completed to the satisfaction of an Executive Officer of Alberta Health Services; the above noted premises shall remain closed.

The following were observed during the inspection:, a. Water leak observed in the customer washrooms., b. Water observed in the kitchen area, and it is from the customer washrooms seeping into kitchen area under the wall between the washrooms and main kitchen area., c. Cardboards are in use to cover the seeping water in the kitchen area staff were stepping on the soaked cardboard and walking all over the facility., 1. That the Owner immediately close the above noted premises., 2. That the Owner immediately undertake and diligently pursue the completion of the following work in and about the above noted premises, namely:, a. Identify and repair water leaks, b. Washroom is in good repair and working. , c. The kitchen area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with an approved sanitizer. , d. All food items that are potentially contaminated are identified and discarded. , e. A general cleaning and sanitation of the entire food facility is made., 3. That until such time as the work referred to above is completed to the satisfaction of an Executive Officer of Alberta Health Services; the above noted premises shall remain closed.
The display cooler in the front is at 6C. Potentially high-risk food was moved to a good working cooler. Please continue monitoring the cooler and call for service if required.
The facility observed clean in general however, small black dry granules resembling droppings observed in the back chemical storage area. Please clean the indicated area and continue monitor for pest. Please ensure all personal protective procedures are followed for cleaning or reach out to professional help.
The walk-in cooler:, -Digital thermometer temperature 11C, -Moring recorded ambient temperature 6C, -Food temperature 3.8C (39F) and 6.6C (44F), please continue monitoring the temperature and ensure the temperature is at or below 4C (40F). , -
