Staff member was observed entering the kitchen and washing her hands by turning on the faucet for a couple seconds, using paper towel to dry hands, and then putting on gloves. Ensure staff are washing their hands for at least 15 seconds with warm water and soap.
Improper manual dishwashing in place. Facility is doing wash, sanitize, rinse and water was cold in the compartments. Please ensure you are washing, rinsing and then sanitizing dishes. Do not rinse dishes after the sanitizing step. Ensure warm/hot water (45C) is used.
