There was no premade surface sanitizer available while food preparation was ongoing. The staff member was instructed to dispense sanitizer measured at 200 ppm from the sanitizer dispenser. Please ensure that a bucket of sanitizing solution or spray bottles is always available and within reach during food preparation.
