All the old glue traps in the food premise should be replaced., - Ensure all food-contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each use., - Empty garbage bins daily and maintain containers in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent attracting , pests such as ants., - Store all food in pest-proof containers with tight-fitting lids or covers

A gap was observed between the bottom of the kitchen entrance door and the floor., - Install weather stripping on the kitchen door to prevent pest entry

Mouse droppings were found on the floor beneath the stoves, on the floor behind refrigeration units, beneath tables along the window, inside cabinet beneath the 2-compartment sink and on the countertop located behind the microwave., - Use bleach solution to clean up all mice droppings in the food premise. Remove equipment from the wall , before cleaning., - Conduct a thorough assessment of all walls in the building and seal up any identified openings. Holes on wall around plumbing underneath sinks should be sealed., - Ensure all exterior doors to the school are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry

A light fixture above the E4C refrigeration unit is missing a protective cover., Replace the missing cover.
