Safe thawing practices are in a cooler at 4C or less; fully submerged under cold running water; microwaved and cooked immediately afterwards; and cooked from frozen.

- Slow cooker insert with non stick coating is worn away in multiple areas. The surface below is brown. The insert does not appear to be in good condition., , Please repair or replace.
