The maximum temperature was measured at 66.8 degrees Celsius which is below the required minimum 71 degrees Celsius sanitizing temperature for a high temperature dishwasher. , Please repair the dishwasher to meet the 71 degrees Celsius minimum required temperature or replace the unit to ensure proper sanitizing of dishes in the facility.
