Paper towel dispenser on the handwashing sink close to the kitchen entrance was not working properly and not dispensing paper towel. The dispenser was fixed during inspection.
1. Broken food container lids were observed on the shelves. Replacement of the broken lids was done during the inspection., , 2. Coffee cup lids at the coffee station in the foyer were observed stored with the food contact surface exposed. Ensure the lids are stored in a way that protects the food contact surface from contamination. The lids were discarded., , 3. Dirty utensil storage bin with dust and food debris on the bottom was observed on the shelf. The bin and utensils were sent for dishwashing.
