Several jars of preserved pickled food was displayed for sale. Operator indicated they were from Calgary. Please provide Food Handling Permit for this supplier.
All cold holding units were at 4C, except the display cooler at the front. The unit was at 9C and there were steamed buns inside the cooler. A thermometer was stored inside. Operator was asked to remove the high risk items. Ensure the cooler is at 4C or less before it can be used to store high risk food.
Under the three compartment sink, there was a minor leak (connecting to the grease trap). Please repair or replace the plumbing to ensure there is no leak., , The mechanical ventilation hood may be due for professional cleaning as sticker was missing, please consult with safety codes/fire department/professional cleaners. , , Hand sink at the front was leaking near the handles when the water was turned on.
