Yes (corrected during inspection) - there was no supply of disposable paper towels at the hand-wash sink. All hand-wash sinks/stations must be accessible and well supplied with hot and cold running water under pressure, and a supply of liquid soap and paper towels.

Yes (corrected during inspection) - the Food Handling Permit (FHP) was not posted in a conspicuous location, visible to the public. This was discussed with staff on-site, with copy of the FHP to be posted forthwith.
