No - there was evidence and observation of recent rodent (mouse) activity in the food premises, with two (2) 'fresh' dead mice in metal rodent traps along the opposite side walls near the dishwashing area. The other situated rodent traps were clear/empty, and there were no apparent issues with baseboard disrepair or worn/damaged weather-stripping at doors., , Also, there were no service reports of any recent pest control service. The operator is to ensure regular monthly service is conducted, with service reports available for review, and to remove the dead rodents and wash and sanitize the floor sections., , Note: the 'AHS monthly pest control checklist' will be sent to the operator for review and use, as necessary.
