Chemical test strips expired in 2022/2023. Please ensure new test strips are purchased immediately to confirm that appropriate sanitizing and disinfecting is occurring.
1. The drawers inside the fridge had sauce and crumbs in them, and the outside of the fridge (especially the handles) were dirty. Please ensure the fridge is cleaned. , , 2. The plastic was left on the sides of the stove and fridge, and crumbs/debris were accumulated there. Please ensure plastic is removed so the stove and fridge can be cleaned appropriately. , , 3. The utensils next to the stove were dirty. Please ensure utensils are cleaned., , 4. The mat under the utensils that says "Life is Full of Possibilities" is cracking and sticky underneath. Please dispose of mat as it can no longer be cleaned appropriately.
A broken strainer was found with the mesh falling apart. This was no longer in good repair and posed a risk of pieces falling in food and being ingested. The strainer was thrown away while on site.
