O2's Tap House & Grill

The Station Cooler was at 11C, the thermometer inside the unit showed >10C. Both the internal temperature of chicken fingers and grilled chicken breasts were at 13.5C. Operator was instructed to discard all perishable items except for the pita bread and raw broccoli. Repair or replace the unit to ensure the temperature is at 4C or less.

The lighting in the glasswasher area was out during inspection. Staff was informed and will be replacing the burnt out lights.

The white mobile bins had tin foil used to cover the bins. Please repair or replace bins to ensure it is in good repair. Material must be smooth, impervious to moisture, in good repair and easy to clean., , There were debris noted inside the ice machine. Operator was instructed to discontinue using the unit until proper cleaning and sanitizing has been completed.
