The PHIs asked that these vegetables be moved to a different location. This was corrected during the inspection., , Please ensure that raw protein is not stored above cut vegetables or cooked foods at any time.

Multiple stored food items and food containers were found in the coolers without a lid or cover to protect the food from potential contamination., , Please ensure that all food items in storage are covered at all times. , , 2. Handleless scoops were found in multiple bulk storage bins in the dry storage area. , , Please ensure that all scoops have a handle that does not touch the bulk foods or have the scoops/measuring cups stored outside of the bulk food container. , , 3. A large bowl of cooked rice was observed to be cooling in the kitchen prep sink. The sink was actively dripping water into the adjacent compartment., , Please ensure the prep sink is not used to store any cooked food at any time.
