PassDuring the inspection two inserts in the steam table did not have a surrounding water bath, the temperature of the hot holding food was found to be below the hot holding temperature of 60C. The owner reheated the food items to above 74C. , , Please ensure that all hot holding temperatures are maintained at 60C of above at all times.
Personal items stored with food/customer items were observed throughout the facility. Every time the issue was identified the owner or operator quickly moved the personal items away from the customer items., , Please ensure that there is a separation of personal items and customer items at all times.
During the inspection a visibly soiled food equipment was found in the clean tool storage. The operator removed the tool and added it to the dirty dishes. , , Please ensure that washed equipment undergoes a visual inspection prior to storage.
