Determined that the sanitizer dispensing unit was not dispensing sanitizer (no suction due to a clamped hose). CDI: dispensing unit was serviced by the operator at the time of inspection. Tested at 200ppm quat. , , Note: the kitchen uses a chlorine sanitizer. Sani buckets were tested at 100ppm chlorine at the time of inspection (satisfactory).
