Thermometers were not available inside the upright cooling units in the store front area. Please ensure thermometers are available for each cooling unit.
The measured temperature of the beef samosas inside the front counter hot holding unit were approximately 27C. The hot holding unit also was not properly working at maintaining a temperature of 60C or greater after adjusting the temperature to the highest setting and only reached approximately 32C. Requested operator discard the beef samosas as product had been stored for greater than 2 hours. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and hot holding unit is properly functional or time/temperature documentation is created and tracked to ensure high risk food products are not stored between 4C-60C for greater than 2 hours.
Pest control records were maintained and up to date. Please ensure pest control reports are completed monthly and up to date.
