Observed lunch items (battered fish and tatter tots) on counter at room temperature (waiting to be fried). Reviewed ensuring products are stored at 4.0 C or colder OR 60 C or hotter. Products placed back in walk-in freezer during inspection.
Observed food debris build up on wheel, base of equipment, and hard to reach areas. Clean.
