Bleach/chlorine sanitizer was measured at 1000ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm. The operator prepared a 100ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer during the inspection.

Two used cleaning cloths were observed to be sitting on the counter when not in use. Ensure cleaning cloths are stored in a sanitizer bucket when not in use. The operator placed the indicated cleaning cloths in a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution during the inspection.
