Kids Fort Child Care & Out of School Care - Kitchen

-There was no thermometer in the fridge in the Toddler Room. Please ensure a thermometer is installed.

-There was chicken in boxes in the Toddler Room fridge that were labelled as “Keep Frozen.” Ensure all food is stored according to manufacturer’s instructions.

-There was no paper towel available for drying hands at the kitchen sink. Please ensure that paper towel in an appropriate dispenser is available.

-Adequate records of pest control measures are not being maintained. Please ensure a pest checklist is being filled out monthly and kept on file.
