The high temperature dishwasher was not properly functioning. After five cycles were completed, the temperature of the final rinse cycle was approximately 54C. Discussed with operator to have a technician assess and repair and to wash and rinse in the dishwasher, but use the compartment sink to sanitize.
Observed two handwashing sinks installed back to back in the middle island counter area. Sliced strawberries were seen in the rear handwashing sink. Informed that the basin was not for handwashing purposes, but food preparation, however instructions on proper handwashing was posted on both handwashing stations. Please ensure station is properly labelled for the intended purposes if used for food preparation.
