A brown box half-filled with packages of unsalted butter was left out overnight, temperature reading was between 12-14C. Owner said it was used for "clarifying butter". Please follow manufacturer's instructions for safe food handling.

Mouse droppings found in the shelfing unit in the storage area of the basement. Please ensure the storage area is clean and sanitary.

Waste bin outside the premises filled and stacked high with black bags of garbage with no lid on. Please ensure waste is properly disposed of, as not to create a nuisance.

A paper handout was observed sitting on one stack of clean serving plate. Paper was removed at time of inspection. Please ensure serving plate are stored in a clean and sanitary condition.
