A plastic sheet with holes was observed to be duct-taped to the top of the freezer which makes the surface difficult to clean. , Ensure the plastic sheet is removed to render the surface smooth and easy to clean.
A wooden cutting board was observed with several cracks that make the surface difficult to clean and sanitize effectively., Ensure the indicated cutting board is discarded or replaced with an alternative cutting board that is smooth and easy to clean.
