-The kitchen sponge was visibly unclean and in poor repair. If sponges are going to be used they need to be replaced frequently.
-Food in this food establishment is not being protected from contamination during storage or handling. Butter was stored uncovered in the fridge. Ensure food is covered during storage.
-There was no paper towel available for handwashing. It was replaced at the time of inspection.
-There is an inadequate supply of hot and cold potable water. The hand sink did not have warm water. Please address.
-Adequate records of pest control measures are not being maintained. The pest checklist was last filled out in February 2026.
