PassSome perishable products were observed in cooler measuring at 10 degrees C or above., Operator was instructed to remove the products and place them in another cooler (measured at 4 degrees C or below)., It was corrected during inspection., Make sure that all perishable/high risk food must be stored at 4 degrees C or below.
