The cleaning cloth sanitizer solution in the front area tested at 50 ppm quat. Please make sure to regularly change the solution to maintain a concentration of at least 200 ppm quat.
The dishwasher tested 0ppm sanitizer after multiple runs. Staff are to follow the 3-compartment sink method until dishwasher is repaired.
The soap dispenser at the front hand sink is not currently mounted on the wall, so staff cannot use it until it is reinstalled. Alternatively, the facility could use a free-standing soap dispenser until the wall-mounted one is fixed.
Staff are not regularly testing the sanitizer concentration of the dishwasher. The dishwasher should be tested daily to ensure it is sanitizing properly.
The facility is cluttered and requires cleaning in hard-to-reach areas such as shelves, underneath tables, walls, inside cupboards, and behind coolers. The space should be kept clean and organized.
