-There were numerous cockroaches observed in all areas, such as on the walls, on large food containers, in the washroom, in the kitchen, in the overhead receiving door room with the large industrial mixer, etc. , Additional controls must be implemented in order to reduce the number of cockroaches. , Ecopest report and invoice was available. Regular visits and controls must be conducted. , It was indicated another spray was being conducted by Ecopest on Dec 19, 2023.
-No chlorine test strips available. , You must obtain chlorine test strips that are able to measure between 0-100 ppm concentration chlorine. , Once obtained, you must use these to regularly check bleach sanitizer to ensure the chlorine concentration is at a minimum of 100 ppm.
