PassChopped mushrooms were observed at room temperature and were unlabelled. The operator stated the mushrooms had been at room temperature for two or more hours. Do not leave potentially hazardous foods at room temperature. Discard potentially hazardous foods held between 4C and 60C for more than two hours., , If cut vegetables are kept at room temperature, they must be monitored using timers or written logs to ensure they are discarded after 2 hours., , The mushrooms were discarded onsite.
