At the time, sanitizer solution in the pail was at 0ppm of chlorine. Operator indicated correct procedure on preparing a 100-200ppm bleach solution.
Food safety training was taken, however, operator has not received certificate. Please obtain certificate from the course/company.
Sanitizer solution was unavailable at the time. It was discussed with operators to have sanitizer solution available and used throughout the day when cleaning and sanitizing.
Additional soap and paper towels were brought over to the two compartment sink.
Pest control records must be completed and kept onsite. Monitoring must be done on a regular basis.
A list of approved food safety training courses was provided to operator.
The mechanical ventilation hood had buildup of dust/oil, please clean.
Cleaning schedule missing.
Wet cleaning towels were observed on the kitchen cabinets. Sanitizer solution in the bucket had 0ppm of chlorine., Towels were immersed in freshly prepared 100ppm chlorine solution during inspection., , Ensure cleaning towels are immersed in sanitizer solution of 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm of quat.
Staff was observed wiping hands on a cleaning towel on the counter after handwashing,, Hand was washed with running water, soap and paper towel. , , Ensure handwashing is completed at the designated hand sink with the complete supplies.
Aprons were stored on the staff cabinet inside the staff washroom. Operator removed the apron for laundry., , Ensure apron is not stored in the washroom.

An expired permit was posted at the facility. Ensure a valid permit is posted.
The facility owner/operator has no food safety training nor adequate food safety knowledge. The provided food safety certificate of a food handler expires this year., , Ensure an Alberta approved food safety training is completed as soon as possible.
Dirt and debris build-up was observed on the buffers on the ventilation hood, there was no time/date stamp either., , Ensure ventilation hood is cleaned and professional serviced.
