Operator was instructed to remove the excess food. , Please ensure all food is stored below the fill lines in the prep coolers to allow for proper refrigeration., , ** A bucket of chicken soup was observed sitting in the kitchen at room temperature at 44C. Operator advised that it has just been made and was cooling for about an hour 30 minutes. She was instructed to place it into the cooler immediately.
