Evidence of cockroaches were observed in the kitchen. Dead cockroaches of all stages of life observed on the floor alongside the fridge. Evidence of cockroach feces was observed on top drawers., , Evidence of mice were observed in the kitchen - dropping were observed in the bottom oven drawer and in the cabinets below the sink.

There was mould observed in the caulking behind the sink. Removal, disinfection and replacement required., > outstanding Dec 23, , The base of the cupboard underneath the sink was in disrepair. Mould growth, dropping and disrepair were visible. The base requires removal, along with cleaning and disinfection below the cabinetry and then replacement., > droppings were cleaned.
