**- the dishwashing sinks that are REQUIRED were not accessible and took 10 minutes to dig out from the pile of items on top. As this 2-comp sink is also the food handwashing sink - it cannot be blocked at any time.
** - DO NOT use the bathroom to wash food related equipment at any time. The bathroom sink is for bathroom use only. Not food handling.
**- test strips onsite were for an ammonium-based sanitizing chemical. PHI could not locate any ammonia sanitizer onsite. There was a near-empty bottle of bleach noted, but no chlorine test strips. Please find the test strips that match the sanitizer you wish to use or purchase the sanitizer that matches the strips you already purchased., ** - it took the owner almost 10 minutes to find the test strips - has not been trained on its use and has not employed proper testing procedures as required.
