RéussiQuats sanitizer solution in a spray bottle at the kitchen entrance was tested at a concentration of 100ppm, Corrective action: Operator was instructed to prepare a new sanitizing solution which tested at 200ppm. Please ensure that sanitizer solution is changed frequently to allow for proper disinfection of surfaces and equipment.
