Quats sanitizer solution in a spray bottle at the kitchen entrance was tested at a concentration of 100ppm, Corrective action: Operator was instructed to prepare a new sanitizing solution which tested at 200ppm. Please ensure that sanitizer solution is changed frequently to allow for proper disinfection of surfaces and equipment.

An Ice scoop was found stored inside the ice maker in direct contact with the ice, Corrective Action: Operator was asked to remove, wash and sanitize the scoop. Please ensure all scoops are placed outside of the ice maker to prevent contamination

Scoops were observed stored inside the flour food container, Corrective Action: Operator was asked to remove the scoop. Please ensure that scoops are stored outside of the food containers to prevent contamination of the food item.
