This temperature was measured with 2 different maximum-registering thermometers including a Thermoworks DishTemp Plate Simulating Dishwasher Tester. The high temperature dishwasher could only reach a maximum of 67.8C at the dish level during the inspection after multiple cycles. , , Please use the dishwashers in the other serveries until this dishwasher can adequately sanitize dishes. ,
