The rear door has gaps in the weatherstripping. Please install weatherstripping at the back entrance , to prevent the entry of pests into the facility. Follow any recommendations made by your pest control company.
The door handle of the walk-in cooler was in disrepair, had a screwdriver to keep it in place. Please maintain equipment in good repair.
1. Ceiling tiles around the food prep area was dusty. Please ensure that the ceiling tiles are cleaned more often to prevent contamination., 2. Wall and floor behind the pizza pan box was in an unsanitary condition. Please maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition
