PassKitchen handsink faucet leaking even when turn off, , Dishwash faucet leaking at the line
Walk in freezer - light bulb out
Bar/lounge side - some shelving appeared to be exposed wood - please paint to ensure surface smooth and easily cleanable.
Wall surface for chemical dispenser is loose - please repair.
Observed plastic insert try lid and trays (approx 2-3 pieces ) broken/chipped - either in the cook line or by dish drying rack. Please discard.

Majority of the prep coolers (exception to one near the oven) observed with pooling water and or dripping from condenser.

Additional cleaning for following area , - Wall surfaces in walk in cooler - observed some accumulation of debris/mildew., - Inside all prep line cooler - pooling of water., - Wall surfaces in the corner by all the pizza boxes and small fan -> observed accumulation of dust.
* Observed a couple of wet cleaning cloths (one by back table and one by pizza prep table) not being kept inside the sanitizer solution between use.
Observed a box of onions (back area) directly on the floor and a bag of carrots directly on the floor in walk in cooler.

Additional cleaning on some dish/utensil (plastic sauce squeeze bottle and small ladle still some food debris) stored in drying area across from dishwasher.
