Prep line cooler - observed a small insert of individually packed raw meat store on top of insert with individually wrapped rice cake (Tteokbokki)., , Walk in cooler - observed large clear container of raw meat stored on top of insert with white sauce/batter. A clear insert with marinated raw meat stored on top of container of tofu.

Observed vegetable peelers (3) and a tong with some food debris on it store back in the work space and clean as indicated by operator.
