A tray of cooked ground beef was sitting on the kitchen countertop and measured temperature at approximately 45C. Informed by staff that product was recently cooked and left to cool prior to placing into the cooler. Informed staff to place product into the cooler and ensure proper cooling procedures are followed once temperature of product is below 60C.
