The walk in cooler unit was not originally turned on during the inspection. After unit was turned on, temperature was only at 17.5C after roughly an hour. Requested operator let cooler run and send a picture showing that unit can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.
The onsite dial thermometer was made of mercury and did not appear to be properly working. Please ensure a new working dial thermometer is available onsite for the walk in cooler.
