Storage room shelving observed staff mitten, water bottle, clothing items store along restaurant surplus supplies of pans, clean cloths etc. Please dedicate bottom shelf for staff belongings., , Observed a medicine bottle on tray next to glass shaker jar and container with small metal bowls with spices.
Observed a small strainer with accumulation of coffee/tea grind and metal blade with small spots of food residue stored in clean area by dish area.
