Multiple bottles of Ensure were found on the store shelves. Operator could not provide receipts for where these were obtained from. , , REQUIRED ACTION: All Ensure products are to be discarded. All food and beverage must come from approved sources. Keep receipts to show where you are obtaining all food and beverage products from.
There were no thermometers present in the two beverage coolers along the west wall of the store., , REQUIRED ACTION: provide thermometers inside all coolers so that you are able to monitor the internal temperature and ensure they maintain food and beverage at 4C (40F) or colder.
There was no paper towel at the hand sink in the staff washroom., , REQUIRED ACTION: Ensure paper towel is always provided in a dispenser/holder at the hand sink.

Foods were being re-packaged in the store contrary to the Food Handling Permit restrictions: only pre-packaged foods and beverage and whole produce are permitted to be sold- no food preparation allowed (candies, muffins, spices, tea, seeds were being re-packaged in-store. Bulk plastic containers were found in the brown cabinet at the back of the store, and a scale was found in the staff washroom)., , REQUIRED ACTION: No re-packaging of foods is permitted to take place in the store. Discard all noted re-packaged foods and remove re-packaging supplies from the store.
