There was an open personal drink sitting on top of the ice machine. Store open personal drinks away from food. Corrected during inspection.
Front display cooler was at 10C. High risk foods were removed from cooler at time of inspection. Do not store any high risk foods in this cooler until it is capable of keeping foods at 4C or less.
There were personal food items as well as a bowl of dog food in the back fridge. Store personal foods separate and label as being for personal use only. Do not keep dog food near food items or utensils used for the restaurant. Dog food was removed and personal items put in separate part of fridge but please label they are for personal use only., , There were toys next to take-out containers on front counter. Store separately. Corrected during inspection.
No waterproof thermometer with min/max function present for checking the temperature of the dishwasher at dish level. Obtain thermometer and check to ensure dishwasher reaches at least 71C at dish level.

Some items (e.g. games for customers) are better stored in dining area rather than in front kitchen area.
