Update on Nov 3/2025:, Several small black flies were noted in the back prep area , , Requirement:, -Clean the affected areas., -Implement control measures to eliminate this fly's issue., - Contact pest control company for some enhanced treatment to eliminate fly issue., - Conduct pest control inspection after the treatment is done and provide the inspection report to health inspector., , The manager stated that drains have been cleaned and fumigation has been done on Oct 22/2025.Garbage bins were thoroughly cleaned and all areas were kept dry, still the issue is not resolved.
