Pass1. Observed raw chicken being cut on a table in the large walk-in cooler in the back area. There was no accessible handwash station in this area. Informed the Operator that handwash stations must be easily accessible and cannot be blocked by a door. The Operator agreed to not do any cutting in this cooler.
