Oxivir Tb being used in kitchen as sanitizer., -Obtain a food-grade sanitizer that does not require rinsing, -Operator currently has plain non-scented bleach. Mix at 1/2 tsp bleach in 1L water for food contact surfaces, -Obtain test strips for the kitchen sanitizer in the future if it is not obtained as a ready-to-use product
