This disinfectant cleaner is not an approved surface sanitizer as it requires a second wipe to remove excess residuals., , The operator was instructed to switch to chlorine bleach sanitizer solution in the kitchen and was instructed on how to properly mix and accurately test chlorine sanitizer solution. Operator was informed to test the chlorine sanitizer mixture every time it is made (100-200ppm). Please obtain chlorine test strips to verify the solution's concentration.
