Shelf by the ice machine was deteriorated and appeared to be water damaged., -repair, replace or remove the shelf. Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.

1) The ceiling in the food handling and storage areas were dirty with grease/debris/dust., -clean the ceilings and ensure they are cleaned on a regular basis., , 2) There was grease/debris accumulation under the cooking line/behind equipment., -thoroughly clean the floor/wall under the cooking equipment.
