Bar glass dishwasher using iodine sanitizer was in disrepair. 1. Mouse droppings were noted in several areas including but not limited to underneath prep line stations, on lower shelves of prep tables, and in multiple areas of the electrical room. Wall insulation pieces noted underneath the prep stations., - Operator is to ensure to remove droppings using appropriate methods and thoroughly clean and sanitize all the areas., , 2. Dead mouse was observed in a trap located underneath the glasswasher in the bar area., - Ensure that adequate pest control is taking place in the facility., - Make sure to remove dead mouse using appropriate methods and thoroughly clean the area., , **November 7: Mouse droppings noted in the storage deck near the dishwashing area. Weekly checks performed by pest control company. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the area.
