Pass1. Paper towel was stored in the splash zone area of the portable handwash station. Informed Operator to keep stored in a dispenser/holder to protect from contamination.
1. Dolce & Veloce:, Cookies were displayed in the open. The Operator had put up a sneeze guard, however, took it down later due to the wind. Informed Operator of options for cookies: , - Covered in a display case or using lids/covers, OR, - Cookies must be packaged prior to the event, and only products for display purposes can be displayed openly
1. Food vendor notification was not submitted prior to the event., , COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:, 1. Each vendor must submit a food vendor notification to Alberta Health Services 30 days prior to the event. The Operator may be contacted to discuss setup and to potentially avoid issues at the event.
