Not in Compliance1) There was no soap or paper towel dispensers at the handwash sink., -install soap and paper towel dispensers, , 2) The faucet at the handwash sink was very loose and in disrepair. One side of the valve (hot water) was only working too., -replace the faucet at the handwash sink.
